You are looking at a brand new 2013 Look 695 frame in Small. I bought this frame from the US and unfortunately it's a little bit too big. I am 5'5" and though it will fit, it means cutting a bit too much of the integrated seat post - and this frame looks good with quite a long seat post. I think it'd be perfect for someone who is 5'7" or taller. As stated the frame is brand new. It is unmarked and as new as they come.
